Expand your practice and your success rate by becoming a Certified Sandtray Therapist.
Have you experienced a road block with your clients using the traditional "Talk" therapy?
Would you like to deepen your clients awareness of their emotions and help them reach deeper levels of healing and growth?
I know I did. After several years of treating my patients with traditional "Talk" therapy and witnessing the depth of their experiences, I realized that I needed a modality that would not be limited with words. For words were just an expression of their thoughts and not their profound feelings. Once I was trained in Sandtray Therapy by Stephanie Haggadorn, I started seeing amazing results with my clients. It was an express train towards healing and what would have taken months to accomplish through "talk" therapy was expressed in one or two sand worlds!!
If you would like to learn this powerful modality and witness deep healing for your clients, please join me in one of the future workshops and experience for yourself the transformation of Sandtray Therapy !! Each level is a two day experiential training. Upon completion of the first four levels, students will receive a certification as a “Sandtray Therapist” and will be able to confidently treat children and adults in individual therapy sessions.
In addition, students are required to complete 12 lab hour sessions in between levels. This ensures that the student is effectively using the knowledge and skills taught in the training.
( A separate fee is required for clinical supervision sessions) Total: 60 hours of training need to be met.

Level 2: Transference and Counter-transference/ Attachment Repairing:
Students learn how to be aware and deal with transference and counter transference in therapy. Attachment theories will be introduced, as well as highlighting how Sandtray therapy has the potential to heal unhealthy attachment. This ability to repair unhealthy attachments will be experienced both through the sand and play as well as the role of the therapist as a model of healthy attachment.

This propels the client to even greater advancement, enabling the client to reach their treatment goals quickly and effectively. Students will learn how to facilitate sandtray picture journals, whereby the client can organize the pictures of their world and form a journal that will concretize their progress in therapy and be a testimony to the hard work that they have done in therapy.
